Portland Rescue Mission is seeking a Womens Recovery Growth Leader to serve in its New Life recovery program at Shepherds Door. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
THE POSITION
The Womens Recovery Growth Leader will have the opportunity to serve new program participants who are entering the Discovery phase (the first 5 weeks of our residential yearlong program) by overseeing the delivery of case management and addictions recovery program components carrying a case load of up to 12 women. This person will cultivate transformed lives by equipping the Shepherds Door community for effective addictions recovery relapse prevention and indepth growth. THE PLACE
Shepherds Door Portland Rescue Missions womens facility is set in a retreatlike setting located in East Portland designed specifically to support the transformation and growth of women and women with children impacted by homelessness and addiction. This 42000 square foot facility has the capacity to serve 42 adults and 25 children.

OUR SUCCESS
About 89 of the women who have graduated from the New Life recovery program in the past 5 years remain in stable housing and free of addictions.
