Responsibilities
Book warranty repair orders
Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and followup
Service contract claim submission and followup
Maintain receivables schedules
Work closely with a team of technicians service writers and supervisors
Requirements
Warranty experience preferred
Detailoriented
Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
General accounting knowledge preferred
Compensation
- $22 $26 per hour commensurate with experience
