- 25 years of experience working with clients in a Customer Success/Client Success/Account Management role.
- Experience working with a SaaS company preferred
- Ability to communicate with clients and provide creative solutions for their issues
- Relevant industry experience preferred
- A strategic approach to the business
- Excellent Analytical Problem Solving Organization Prioritization and Multitasking skills are a MUST.
