Qualifications
- Must hold an Active License with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Applicants with a previously held inactive license with the NMLS may be granted an Exception of Employment despite a currently inactive status. Evaluation will be conducted on a casebycase basisat the discretion of Reverse Mortgage Division Manager.
- Reverse Mortgage Sales Experience a plus but not required.
- At least 2 years of Mortgage Sales experience required.
- Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendar.
- Previous Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
- Must have a Coachable Mentality.
- Demonstrate topperforming attitude and effortDAILY.
- Keen Listener and Active Problem Solver.
- Willingness and Ability to Understand and Empathize with Customers.
