Key Responsibilities:
Employ sales skills effectively to achieve targeted sales goals.
Develop and manage the sales and business mix from individual customers/accounts.
Maintain an accurate and uptodate database of customers.
Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Communicate effectively with customers to secure commitments to purchase.
Provide feedback to the Reporting Manager on product content and pricing.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly schedules of planned activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably a BSc or B. Pharma graduate.
Previous experience in NICUrelated products with a strong understanding of NICUs Neonatologists PICUs and Paediatricians in major hospitals and clinics.
Willingness to travel within the city and outofstation (approx. 2030 of the time); must have own 2wheeler and license.
Proven track record in achieving sales results and targets.
Strong English communication skills with fluency in the local language.
Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
Excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
