Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented HRIS Manager to join our Global Human Resources team. This role will be the key subject matter expert in Workday configurations advanced report writing data analytics and payroll troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing Workday functionality supporting all global HR functions including payroll benefits compensation LMS and ATS and providing datadriven insights.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management of HRIS projects including implementations integrations upgrades and system optimizations.
  • Serves as a key integrator across business functions as well as liaison to ensure HRIS processes empower leadership with the decisionmaking information they need to manage the business.
  • Experience in partnering with business groups and recommending process changes to improve information flow; resolving complex business and technical issues from a customer focus; building efficient endtoend processes and delivering projects that improve user productivity while maintaining appropriate controls.
  • Maintain various business process (BP) configurations including creating and updating BP definitions conditional and validation rules.
  • Document processes user guides system workflows and training materials for new and existing users. Provide Workday technical support to all users by diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Develop import and maintain data from external systems in Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Design and develop adhoc requests for custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Manage relationship with Workday Consultants and certified partners on implementation.
  • Assign and maintain Workday security roles and access. Support data integrity security and compliance within Workday. Partner with Infosec team to monitor security compliance and participate in audits.
  • Collaborate with department leaders on project needs and analytics.
  • Support HR business processes such as bonus merit benefits and open enrollment benefit integrations new hire onboarding etc.
  • Manage HRIS Analyst(s) mentoring providing insightful advice and knowledge transfer.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 57 years of Workday HRIS experience with a strong focus on reporting and analytics in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of Workdays advanced reporting tools including calculated fields composite reports and custom dashboards.
  • Knowledge of full Workday suite functionality is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for technology intellectually curious and strong understanding of systems.
  • Proactive actionoriented; always thinking ahead.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Team player; ability to operate in a collaborative team environment as well as work independently.
  • Ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information.
