Physical Security and Health & Safety Officer
Gurugram/Bangalore India

What will your essential responsibilities include
Define and implement the Global Policies.
Define implement and communicate on the different Plans in local (Safe travel Site Plans .
Conduct assurance reviews and ensure that all policies plans and procedures are implemented updated properly and communicated to all staff.
Ensure that staff is aware of his individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.
Implement and manage the Awareness and Training Campaigns.
Implement PS and HS risk assessment.
Perform the PS and HS compliance reviews.
Review the Remediation Plans.
Manage the Maturity Tables and other reporting according to Group Security requirements.
Liaise with related departments to ensure a coordinated management of physical security and safety (Workplace Human Resources Operational Resilience and Information Security Communications).
Monitor and analyze international requirements for safety management and global duty of care.
Identify and analyze emerging risks linked to the international safety environment.
Share best practices globally between emerging and developed entities.
Provide support advice and training as required.
Promote AXA XLs safety culture and organization.
Assist in maintaining requirements of DJSI and Global duty of care.
You will report to the Head of Physical Security & Safety.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Physical Security management and/or Health and Safety experience.
Capacity to work under stress.
Fluent in English.
Trained (or willing to be trained) in physical security management.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Dynamic proactive organized personality.
Effective communication skills.
