Physical Therapist recent graduate opportunity

What we offer a Physical Therapist
Competitive compensation: Earn a strong annual salary between $85-$110k including performance bonuses based on experience skill set and performance metrics

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat: Conduct thorough and comprehensive evaluations and
treatment plans for orthopedic and post-op patients sport specific training and
special risk conditions
Deliver evidence-based care: Manage care plans with measurable and clearly
defined outcomes
Document with precision: Maintain thorough and accurate records in our EMR
system with absolute compliance with clinical guidelines
Collaboration across disciplines: Work alongside a team of PTs coaches
massage therapists Pilates instructors and nutritionists to support holistic client
progress
Lead and learn: Contribute to our learning culture by sharing knowledge guiding
peers and supporting team-wide clinical growth
Technology forward approach: Integrate the latest technology wearables exercise
equipment AI as part of your treatment options

Qualifications:
- Valid PT license (or eligibility)
- DPT from an accredited program with an exceptional background
- Strong interest in orthopedics / sports rehabilitation (on track for OCS/SCS)
- Pelvic and women health specialty a plus
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
