Job Description
The Skills Coach Leader is responsible for providing direct administrative supervision of all homebased staff monitoring outcomes expanding services and developing new markets within the assigned county.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire onboard and mentor Skills Coaches to develop confidently and competently as clinicians
- 32 hours spent in the community with staff per week
- Responsible for retention of direct reports
- Responsible for teaching skills necessary for Skills Coaches to meet their service hour requirements
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree is required
Training/Experience: Prefer at leastthree 3 years in working with adolescents and their families.
Must have a valid drivers license and proof of financial responsibility (insurance).
