Job Description

Introduction

Product Specialist (SVP/LVP)

Location: Cape Town

REF: MVG/PSSVP/LVP

Are you a resultsdriven sales professional with experience in the hospital and pharmaceutical industry Our Pharma client seeks to employ a Product Specialist to drive sales engage with Hospitals and Specialists and exceed targets.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (Bachelors in Medical/Sciences is a plus)

35 years pharmaceutical sales experience

35 years experience in a hospital environment (customer networks & access)

Proven success in specialty medical product sales

Valid drivers license & strong computer literacy (MS Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with Hospitals and Specialists

Exceed monthly sales targets and provide expert product knowledge

Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base

Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic feedback

Deliver inservice training (ISTs) and keep records up to date

Submit sales reports call plans and expense variance reports
