Job Description
Please see below job responsibilities for Electrical Supervisor.
- Electrical Work Supervision:
- Supervise electrical installation laying and dressing of cables ferruling termination as per schedules .
- Ensure all documents are properly maintained and progress report is maintained correctly
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate with owner engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist owner engineers in precommissioning / testing and resolve any cabling issue
- Manpower Management:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to electrical technicians and workers.
- Provide guidance training and support to ensure highquality workmanship and productivity.
- Monitor performance and productivity of manpower to meet project deadlines and targets.
- Resource Utilization:
- Optimize the use of manpower equipment and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of electrical supplies and materials.
- Implement costeffective measures to control project expenses while maintaining quality standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare daily progress reports work schedules and manpower allocation plans.
- Document electrical work activities including installation procedures test results and quality inspections.
- Communicate project updates challenges and achievements to project managers and stakeholders.
- Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Address any safety or quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary
