Job Description

Alden School is seeking exceptional candidates for the role of elementary buildingbased Substitute Teacher starting on April 14 2025 for the remainder of the 2425 school year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing continuity of instruction in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Implementing lesson plans created by the teacher
  • Fulfilling other noninstructional duties during the instructional day
  • Supporting student learning across all settings
  • Perform other such duties as assigned by the building administrator or their designee

Requirements:

  • Associates degree
  • Experience working with students with and without disabilities
  • Flexibility and the ability to collaborate with students teachers support staff and administrators

Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Teacher Certification preferred

Salary: $125.00 per/day

Schedule: 7:30 AM 2:00 PM Monday Friday
