Role Summary:
AdAdapted is looking for an experienced sales professional with strong professional connections to CPG Brands directly Shopper Marketing and Digital Media agencies based in Western U.S.. The ideal candidate is selfdirected with a proven track record of leading a sales team meeting/exceeding team quotas as well as contributing to success by leveraging network by securing quality profitable business with repeatable success in mind. This candidate to have proven experience managing and growing a sales team including exceptional leadership collaboration and communication skills.
You will own:
Lead Current and Growing West Region Sales Team
Securing and conducting virtual or onsite sales meetings with digital agencies and CPG brands
Recruiting and training new Account Executives to join our westcoast sales team
Educating and training Agencies on the unique value of our service and how to sell campaigns to their clients
Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual team sales quotas
Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
Providing field level input to the Product Marketing & Product Management teams
