Captura Hall is seeking a detailoriented and organized Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating messaging across departments managing publicfacing content and ensuring consistency in tone and branding. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive articulate and thrives in a fastpaced professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft edit and distribute internal and external communications
Coordinate with different departments to gather and share updates
Assist in preparing press releases newsletters and briefing materials
Monitor and maintain brand voice across various channels
Support planning and of communication campaigns and initiatives
Track and evaluate communication strategies for effectiveness
Maintain media contact lists and communication calendars
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g. email marketing CMS)
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
