We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Partner Success Lead to join our fast growing insurtechstartup. As a Partner Success Lead you will be responsible for managing key clientrelationships while driving new business acquisitions. Your role will involveidentifying and targeting potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailoredsolutions to meet their objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong business acumen exceptional communication and negotiation skillsand a passion for driving growth in the insurtech industry.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage key clientrelationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our keyaccounts serving as the primary point of contact. Build a deep understanding oftheir business and insurance needs and proactively identify opportunities toprovide valueadded solutions.

2. Develop andimplement sales strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies includingprospecting networking attending industry events and leveraging onlineplatforms to generate leads and drive new business acquisition. Identifyinnovative approaches to position our insurtech startup as a market leader.

3. Consultativeselling: Conduct indepth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand clientrequirements and propose tailored solutions that address their pain communicate the value and benefits of our products and servicesto potential clients.

4. Crossfunctionalcollaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including productdevelopment marketing and underwriting to ensure seamless onboardingand delivery of solutions to clients. Work closely with internal stakeholdersto ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

5. Contractnegotiation and pricing: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clientsensuring profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships. Workclosely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance withcompany policies and regulations.





Requirements

Requirements

1. Bachelors degreein Engineering/Computer Science. Masters in business Sales Marketing ora related field preferred.

2. Proven trackrecord at least 6 years of experience in key account management and newbusiness acquisitionpreferably within the SAAS or insurance industry.

3. Indepth knowledgeand understanding of insurance products sales processes andcustomer acquisition strategies preferred.

4. Strong businessacumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

5. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with clients at all levels.

6. Selfmotivated andtargetdriven with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceedsales goals.

7. Highly organizeddetailoriented and able to manage multiple prospects and opportunitiessimultaneously.

8. Proficient in CRMsoftware and sales tools to manage effectively and track leads opportunitiesand sales performance.

9. Strong negotiationand problemsolving skills with the ability to understand client needs andpropose innovative solutions.

10. Entrepreneurialmindset with a passion for working in a startup environment and contributing tothe growth and success of the company.
