The Opportunity
The Dexus Growth Markets team manages Infrastructure Health and Alternative real asset portfolio (including trading assets and applicable legal entities) alongside the Growth Markets management business (profit and loss)
As a Senior Finance Analyst in the Growth Markets team you will support business decisions and provide valuable insights to teams outside of finance. You will make an impact by:
Managing financial activities and reportingfor the health and alternative real assets portfolio including trading and development assets and relevant legal entities.
Collaborating with senior executivesto forecast analyse and report on the real asset portfolio and the management business profit and loss statement.
Ensuring accurate financial reporting conduct finance due diligence and contribute to Investment Committee Quarterly Reporting and other insightful papers.
About You
Minimum 4 years experience in management/financial accounting; CA/CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Strong understanding and experience in finance and management reporting preferably within property trading and development sectors; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software like TM1 Power BI Xero is advantageous.
Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills; strong analytical and problemsolving abilities; effective time management.
High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate financial information for nonfinancial stakeholders.
Resultsdriven proactive innovative flexible and collaborative with a positive attitude; committed to continuous improvement and adopting expected finance behaviours.
