Job Description
We have an immediate need for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speechlanguage Pathologist (SLP) who has the qualifications experience and desire to perform as Therapy Clinic Manager in an inpatient setting. Relocation Assistance is available to the winning candidate.
Job Description
As Clinical Manager of Inpatient Therapy services you will provide overall clinical and operational management in collaboration with the Director and in managed service areas.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services including staff coordination process improvement protocol development
- Personnel management such as interviewing hiring coaching counseling etc
- Provide direct therapy services to patients
- Maintain compliance with departmental policies and procedures
- Assist in patient care quality assessment and improvement
- Assist the Director in future development of the department
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree required for PTs or OTs; Masters preferred
- Masters degree required for SLPs
- Graduate of APTA AOTA or ASHA accredited school
- State therapy license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Ability to work with peers subordinates staff etc in a positive manner
- Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects
- Flexible and adaptable to change
