Conveyancing Manager (Post Exchange & Completions) Milton Keynes Up to 50000pa
Managing an established team of 3 and with a remit to grow the department this role is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer who is looking for the next stepin their career.
Based in Milton Keynes this exceptionally rare opportunity will allow the successful candidate to step away from carrying a caseload to concentrate on running and growing the Post Exchange & Completions department under their leadership and guidance.

What youll be doing
- Responsibility for managing and leading the team in the Post Exchange & Completions department
- Oversight of all Post Exchange & Completion activity and procedures
- Responsible for the overall growth of the team and department over time
- Always protect client interests whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering
- To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA SRA and solicitor account rules
What you will have
- Must have demonstrable experience of working in Conveyancing and specific experience of PostExchange to Completion practices and procedures
- Have experience of using a Case Management system
- Must have people management experience and ideally have worked in an expanding environment
- Be a motivated selfstarter able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
