Our Deutsche Brse Venture Network programme helps to improve the financing situation of highgrowth companies. It brings young highgrowth companies and investors together giving them access to a powerful network of professional partners. Our offering for promoting interaction between companies and investors consists of an exclusive nonpublic online platform and various event formats. For example our internetbased platform supports the initiation of financing by exchanging documents and details in a protected data room. We also offer executive training. The training is aimed at the management of growth companies. The Venture Network is growing fast and we are looking for a new team member to join our highly motivated team.
Qualifications:
- Applicant with professional experience
- Recent graduate / young professional entering the job market
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead crossdivisional projects
- Experience developing platform plans and designs as well as in preparing decision templates for management
- Experience in startups or IT financial transaction environment is advantageous
- IT infrastructure and network knowledge; basic programming skills and application of new technologies (e.g. blockchain) and design methods
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Management of IT platform development and project management in the preIPO & Capital Markets division (esp. analysis formulation of a catalogue of requirements requirement prioritisation and professional support for IT implementation)
- Maintaining and supporting the online platform
- Analysis of platform activities and development of concepts to increase user activity and experience
- Expansion of the platform in the area of transactions and integration of partner offers
- Development of strategies concepts ideas and solutions to support daytoday business dialogue with stakeholders and provisioning across project activities
- Risk assessment and development of recommendations for action
- Collaboration with stakeholders managing external suppliers and preparing briefings for management
