Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Front Office Operations professional to join our dynamic team at NANOCARE HEALTH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a fulltime position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for maintaining efficient front office operations in a healthcare environment. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer interaction and administrative support within the facility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and data efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy to ensure that patient information is recorded correctly (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients staff and external parties (Mandatory skill).
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite to create documents spreadsheets and presentations as part of daily tasks.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems to handle transactions and manage accounts receivable.
- Experience with scheduling software to manage appointments and optimize the use of resources.
- Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently ensuring smooth operations and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles to manage billing and keep financial records accurate and uptodate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations ensuring a welcoming and informative environment for patients and visitors.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized patient records with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule patient appointments and followup consultations.
- Handle patient inquiries efficiently and provide relevant information or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Operate office equipment and POS systems to manage daytoday financial transactions.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient filing system to ensure quick retrieval of information.
- Conduct routine checks and balances to manage office supply inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support administrative and operational functions in the facility.
