Role: Senior Community Support Associate
Reports To: Brooke England Lee Chief of Staff and Director Impact Community
Location: London
Compensation Range: 5055k plus 10 discretionary bonus.
Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum 2x/week in their local office plus 1 Friday per month. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Community Support Associate to join our Impact Community team at World 50 Group. This critical role will focus on driving engagement adoption and success within a community of senior executives leading Inclusion & Opportunity initiatives across global organisations. You will manage community communications analyse engagement data and work with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of our initiatives including the Impact Awards.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Manage and enhance communications for the Impact Community using tools like the World 50 app website and direct member engagement initiatives.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost member engagement award submissions event attendance and crosssell opportunities.
- Email Campaigns & Newsletters: Craft and execute impactful email campaigns newsletters and other communications that resonate with our executive audience.
- DataDriven Insights: Analyse community engagement data to understand member behaviours identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve retention and success.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Content Sales Marketing Digital) to ensure seamless of community initiatives and to support organisational goals.
- Event Support: Coordinate and support the planning and of community calls events and registration processes.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate member activity records within the CRM (Salesforce or similar) to track engagement and performance.
- Creative Contributions: Drive innovative ideas to improve the member experience and promote community growth.

- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with Clevel executives and diverse teams.
- Organisational Expertise: Superior organization timemanagement and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve member engagement and community success.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) to track and analyse member interactions and data.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proactive team player with the ability to manage small work streams across multiple departments ensuring smooth communication and progress.
- Adaptable & ResultsDriven: Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and focus on achieving measurable results.
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree (preferred).
- 3 years of professional experience particularly in clientfacing or community management roles.
- Experience with CRM tools particularly Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience establishing and maintaining best practice processes.
