We are now looking for a Project Manager for Paper Board & Tissue improvement project deliveries in EMEA and global wide project deliveries focusing on Tissue improvement projects.
As a Project Manager you will lead and manage customer projects so that customers receive the specified deliveries according to contracts and in mutually agreed schedule. Your task is to ensurethe best possible project profit and economic results by managingbudget schedules cost estimations and invoicing. Your other mainobjectiveisto obtain highlevelcustomer satisfaction and projects quality standards.
We see that you are stimulated by challenges and work result focused as a prerequisite for you to succeed in this role. You will be in chargeofcustomer negotiations meetingsandcommunicationas well asleadingourinternal scheduling and followup project risk managementprogress reportinginternally and externally warranty time management and guarantee verification together with Technology will participate in site operations including installation startup and customer trainings.
You will belong to the team of Project Managers from Sweden Finland Spain France Poland Italy and you will work closely with our sales engineering purchasing workshop and logistic organizations. Youll report to Senior Manager Board Paper Tissue Service projects and be part of Karlstad Project Management team.
Requirements
To be successful in this position you should have
Solid experience and knowledge (minimum 5 years) within technology industry participating in demanding customer projects
practical handson knowledge is considered a benefit
knowledge of paper board and tissue machines & processes
skills to manage multitechnology and multinational projects and project teams
good decision making and change management skills and willingness to take the lead
ability to cope under stress and capability to work with many projects simultaneously
good social skills and communicative ability to be able to work in a global multicultural environment
business financial understanding for decision making and management purposes
good oral and written Swedish and English skills other languages are a benefit
a technical education (. B Sc. or corresponding)
