Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/ Manager/Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance!
Supply Chain Finance analyst is responsible for variance analysis plant efficiencies reporting activities. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee new product development costing Periodical standard costing Period Closing consolidation and communication of periodic waste financial results and insights. This role will work closely with the Site Finance Manager and the Supply Chain Finance team and other key partners to drive process improvements waste reporting efficiencies and simplification. This position will be assisting with the periodic variance analysis cost structure analysis and benchmarking.
You will function as an administrator for the Supply Chain Accounting Team for business. Your role will be to provide functional expertise in the areas of oversight control and process ownership related to Cost accounting/ Supply Chain Accounting.
You should be leading the internal group and act incharge of all deliverables accurately and on a timely basis as per clients expectations & agreed Metrics.
You will work with Business counterparts to organize resources for smoother service delivery in the Supply Chain Accounting area.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to Supply chain finance domain which includes deep understanding of Plant finance Logistics finance Product costing Procurement finance & Inventory controlling.
Deep Knowledge of Supply chain finance process.
Manage the SCF domain and maintain strong customer relations & business acumen.
Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision.
MIS/SLA Reporting Monthly / Weekly / Daily and Dashboard preparation
Budgeting and forecasting Preparation of Annual Budget/Quarterly forecasting Coordination with key stakeholders for budget Volumes Material cost and Period expenses. Load of Budget in SAP Calculation of Activity rate / Price / absorption of expenses. Partnering with Product costing / Plant team / Master data team to resolve the technical issues. Understanding of financial metrics KPIs risk and opportunities and drivers.
Month end close Process order settlement Inventory valuation Cost allocation Activity rates review COGS P&L review Plant and warehouse accruals Physical Inventory adjustments & Cost absorption.
Reporting prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports including Plant cost sheet Inventory reporting warehouse cost inbound and outbound freight report variance analysis vs Operating plan vs forecasting and key business drivers & Inventory account reconciliations.
Product Costing BOM Recipe establish standard cost rates and intercompany billing rates (IBRs) based on inputs from R&D (recipe) manufacturing (machine and labor rates production details manufacturing overheads) and procurement (raw and pack material costs) both for existing products and new products
Others Review of CWIP WBS creation Material writeoff Scenario analysis etc.
E2E understanding of Supply chain finance concept support the ad hoc task and should be able to troubleshoot the operational and technical challenges
Should be able to manage a team of 1520 professionals.
People develop and process training to team members.
Ability to perform in strong business partnering roles and deliver activities timely and accurately.
Identifies and executes upon operational improvement opportunities.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
CMA/MBA or bachelors in commerce with relevant industry experience with proven experience in Finance
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
People handing experience in a similar industry
Good Interpersonal Skills
Client Management
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel PPT MS word)
Relevant experience in SAP CO Module
Good Written and Verbal Communication
Understanding of Hyperion SAP budgeting/ management reporting tools will be Plus.
Experience using SAC Tableau Power BI will be an advantage.
