What you will do
As a Process Manager within our Broadband area youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient customer journeys for our fixed broadband solutions including fiber and 5G broadband as well as related hardware and processes.
Your responsibility is to continuously optimize and improve our product processesfrom billing and incidents to customer move ensuring they work as planned while identifying opportunities for enhancement. Youll collaborate closely with both customers and customer care teams to enhance information flow simplify operations and drive change across the Broadband and crossproduct areas.
Your key responsibilities include:
Ensuring that product processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance customer experiences.
Contributing to longterm roadmaps for broadband products and processes.
Collaborating with customer care teams to ensure they understand and follow defined processes.
Developing a deep understanding of our broadband products and exploring new use cases to maximize is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment alongside talented colleagues at Telenor!

To succeed in this role we believe you have:
Experience in process management at a professional level.
Knowledge of the Swedish telecom ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
The ability to drive change both through structured project management and informal influence.
A flexible and adaptable mindset.
Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
A relevant academic background is a plus but we value experience and problemsolving skills even more.
