Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Commercial Lines Producer to join our insurance team. As a Commercial Lines Producer you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurance carriers and other stakeholders
- Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage options
- Prepare and present proposals quotes and risk assessments to clients
- Negotiate insurance terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with underwriters claims adjusters and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer with a focus on commercial lines
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
