What youll do

This is an exciting strategic role that combines the competencies of value selling technical presales business and strategic technology consulting. Were looking for an exceptional individual to join our Solutions Consulting team in ANZ and be a key player in further developing the Docusign Enterprise Advisory Program. In this role you will work closely with our Sales Customer Success Product and Marketing teams to ensure a successful engagement with our key customers and prospects and you will have an opportunity to directly influence Docusigns largest sales engagements and support Docusign accelerated growth. You will support key accounts across all steps in the customer lifecycle including account planning sales advisory big deal architecture and executive proposals and support value measurement and realization of targeted business outcomes. At a broader level this role will produce thought leadership content advise on go to market strategies and develop industry playbooks.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Solution Consulting ANZ.

Responsibility

  • Work closely with the customers Sales Customer Success and Marketing to understand how Docusign technologies help customers meet their strategic objectives and provide value by identifying and understanding key industry and business drivers developing compelling industry points of view and driving executive level conversations
  • Identify target operational and financial metrics impacted by Docusigns solutions and use these metrics to develop ROI / Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Order of magnitude models to quantify the value of Docusigns System of Agreement platform
  • Build business value propositions including development of strategic account plans formulating value hypothesis case justifications and crafting compelling proposals to CLevel executives
  • Conduct industry/account research and analysis to help develop a point of view of how Docusign can help customers achieve their strategic objectives
  • Support sales in understanding key account opportunities whitespacing collaborator mapping and resource mobilisation
  • Win the trust of Docusigns worldclass sales team to become a trusted advisor and coach on the Customer Value Journey (Selling Value Realisation Expansion)

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (business finance economics math engineering marketing) or related area
  • 4 years of management consulting experience with a leading international consulting firm
  • Excellent executive presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills including mastery of Financial modelling and data visualisation with an ability to incorporate data into compelling storylines for executivelevel conversations

Preferred

  • 5 years of professional related experience
  • Experience in Sales Industry Solutions Value Engineering or Business Transformation
  • Experience leading executive engagements
  • MBA qualification
  • Demonstrated skills in design and facilitation of executivelevel workshops
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various levels of functional knowledge
  • Ability to work across multiple functions fields cultures geographies in a highly collaborative and engaging fashion
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships
  • A selfstarter who thrives in a high growth fastpaced software company
  • Ability to travel as required when the situation permits (less than 50 typical)

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

Washington New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

Washington DC: $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
