Job Description

At A Glance

As a Senior Crew Coordinator youll execute all on site aspects of new relocation reset and various remodel type projects ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget and promoting teamwork with Store Operations and Construction during a project while ensuring CVS standards are met. During unprecedented times thats crucial! Our corporate office has planted roots in Tampa FL but we hire merchandisers all over the nation.

Responsibilities:

Guide and assist with the installation of all fixture and Store SetUp related components per merchandising layout and timing and action plan
Unload checkin organize and manage all fixtures equipment and merchandising aids needed during the project and store/remove unusable materials as needed
Manage (and assist as required) the global process of Planogram implementation for the project (i.e. shelf installation Planogram strip/peg master proper label coding allocation of product facings signing and processing of overstock and discontinued items
Review project binder paperwork the week prior to arriving at the project and contact the CVS Store SetUp Project Manager with any questions/concerns
of the action plan and making modifications as needed (with SetUp Project Manager approval) to minimize lost sales and to ensure timely project completion
Conduct daily meetings with the Store SetUp crew Store Operations Construction Temp Labor etc. to review the project status daily task completion needs staffing and any other issues/concerns related to the successful of the project
Train and supervise the Coordinator 2nd Assistant (where applicable) Retail Merchandisers Temp Labor and Store Operations support staff
Evaluate staff performance staffing needs and complete performance reviews for the Coordinator and the Retail Merchandisers per the CVS Store SetUp guidelines
Provide timely communication of project issues/concerns to the SetUp Project Manager and/or Area Manager
Execute placement of all supplemental orders per the project guidelines
Lead the final walkthru with the DSM GC Store Manager and SetUp Project Manager to capture all open WTBC items and ensure the project is not left until all actionable items have been addressed

Requirements:

Excellent Organization Skills
Ability to Both Work Days and Overnights
Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
Willingness to Travel to all CVS Markets
Valid Drivers License
Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
Team Lead Experience 3 years highly preferred)
Fixture Installs Experience 3 years highly preferred)
New Store SetUp Experience 3 years highly preferred)
Leadership Experience 3 years highly preferred)
Merchandising Experience 3 years highly preferred)
