About the Role:
The Showroom Manager is responsible for leading the Showroom teams in the delivery of best practice customer experience. The successful candidate will be accountable for the set up of the NSW showroom which plans to open in November 2024 and will form part of the national network of retail showrooms.

Duties:
- Manage day to day operations of the Showroom team to ensure the workflow is balanced between both teams.
- Rostering of all staff members
- Lead mentor motivate and coach/train all members of the Showroom team
- Ensure the Showroom is working effectively and products are displayed in an appropriate way for end users.
- Assist in the Showroom with client selections queries and orders when required.
- Process sales and orders in SAP and other related systems
Skills and Experience:
- Strong ability to lead mentor and motivate a team; conflict resolution and promoting workplace cohesion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; managing customer queries orders and complaints professionally
- Proven experience in a managerial role preferably in a showroom or retail environment
