Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative German Speaker
Location: Onsite Barcelona Spain
Start Date: ASAP Were hiring before the end of this month!
Are you a peopleperson who loves solving problems and making someones day better Do you speak German fluently and dream of working in Barcelona Lets make it happen!
What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers
- Answer calls emails and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with orders account questions product info and issue resolution
- Keep customer records updated and tidy in our CRM
- Work closely with other departments to improve service processes
You Are:
- A fluent German speaker (C1C2
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English
- Naturally helpful calm under pressure and detailoriented
- A team player with great communication skills
- Experienced in customer service Thats a big plus
- Familiar with CRM tools Even better!
