Location: Onsite in Barcelona Spain

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people Ready to bring your energy to a fastpaced international environment in sunny Barcelona Were looking for a team player with a cando attitude to join us onsite in our vibrant office.
Your DaytoDay:
- Handle incoming calls emails and chats from our Germanspeaking customers
- Solve problems with empathy and professionalism
- Offer product guidance troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
- Keep accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure toptier service
What You Bring to the Table:
- Fluent German (C1C2 both spoken and written
- English proficiency our internal team is international
- A natural communicator with strong problemsolving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fastmoving environment
