Leads in this role get to:
Keep Sutherland aligned: Research and apply appropriate Federal State and Sutherlands regulatory and coding guidelines to audits; maintain audit work papers and ensure recommended corrective actions are timely practical and relevant.
Establish solid communication: Identify and communicate with relevant internal and external resources as required to perform audit.
Support the team: Provide support for external compliance audits and coordinate with external resources. Ensure compliance: Coordinate and / or preform compliance audits as per the Compliance Audit Methodology; promote Compliance Auditing best practices and solutions.
Qualifications :

Be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a teamplayer.
Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data identify trends through PPT and make suggestions for improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear constructive and professional manner.
Experience required in Provider Data Management or Credentialing.
