- As a PreMaster in our international team you will demonstrate passion energy and commitment to define develop and innovate sustainability.
- One of your main task is supporting the sustainability team in further development of sustainability strategies and goals.
- Additionally you will contribute to digitalization and further development of tools to improve transparency in the fields of renewable energy energy efficiency and waste and water consumption.
- Within our Team you will share your best practice and drive the exchange.
- Furthermore you will prepare the sustainability steering committee meetings and you will constantly support communication and awareness campaigns
Qualifications :
- Education: Completed university degree (Bachelor) in the area of sciences or engineering with focus on environmental protection or sustainability. During your studies you have obtained aboveaverage results and you have the firm intention to take up a Masters course thereafter.
- Personality: You are a communicative and supportive person with an analytical mindset and excellent organisational skills
- Working Practice: You have a strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Furthermore you show personal initiative and a high level of commitment with a high sense of responsibility.
You are able to organize tasks independently and communicate in an international environment within different cultures and show intercultural openness. - Experience and Knowledge:At best you already have first experiences in sustainability especially environmental protection.
- Enthusiasm: You have a strong personal interest in corporate social and ecological responsibility.
Intrinsic motivation and passion for sustainability topics are visible in your daily life. - Languages: very good English and German
Additional Information :
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a twostage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelors degrees who want to complete a Masters degree. After the Bachelors degree the first phase provides up to 12 months practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Masters course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
