Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Data Operations Program Manager and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and innovation. Were looking for adaptable and resilient professionals who approach new challenges with curiosity and tenacity leveraging a light touch to empower the team. This on-site opportunity in Redmond WA offers close collaboration with Technical Program Managers Research Coordinators Scientists and Assistants shaping the future of our research initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Dogfooding Program Management including developing marketing materials device management systems and on-the-ground support for dogfooders testing.
- Device Management and Deployment including device tracking for both in-lab and at-home data collection studies procurement of new devices shipping and distribution of prototypes and working with security partners to properly maintain devices.
- Procurement and budgeting including procuring items for lab spaces as necessitated by new data collection protocols.
- Communication Support including maintaining team records updating internal websites and sharing general lab changes across the broader organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of project management operational support data collection management experience or other relevant experience.
- More than 1 year of experience working with networks hardware and/or software infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse cross-functional team.
- Track record of operating independently demonstrating creativity being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with human subjects research data collection lab management research support or operations management in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building medium to large-scale systems and services.
- Experience managing multiple complex workflows and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in psychology human-computer interaction computer science business administration or related field.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
