Job Description
Provides overall program management coordination and leadership for the FOTS support contract. Serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders and ensures the successful delivery of all task areas. Manages cross-functional team activities and maintains stakeholder relationships across ORF CIT and OIIT organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall program management and team leadership
- Primary government interface and relationship management
- Coordinate activities across all 5 task areas
- Manage deliverable schedules and quality assurance
- Facilitate meetings and communications with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and NIST standards
- Risk management and issue escalation
- Resource allocation and staff management
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of program/project management experience
- 5 years managing OT/ICS or critical infrastructure projects
- 3 years in a federal government contracting environment
- Experience with NIST cybersecurity frameworks (SP 800-53 SP 800-82)
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework certification preferred
- Security or equivalent security certification preferred
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal acquisition processes
- Knowledge of facility automation systems and OT environments
- Risk management and quality assurance experience
Security Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain PIV card
- Background investigation suitable for federal facility access
