Job Description
As a specialist in customer order logistics you will take over the active and independent commercial support of a defined customer or company.
Responsibilities:
- Support External and internal customers as well as suppliers in all matters of customer order logistics;
- Start and process workflows for the internal processing and monitor them;
- Detect and Handle errors occurring during order processing;
- Solve the errors and come up with improvement measures at the same time;
- Process tickets for the logistics department and ensure that all inquiries are resolved promptly and precisely.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Economic/ Business Administration/Logistics and Transportation/Industrial Engineering field;
- Personality and working methods: structured and solutionoriented working methods independent and initiative work communication skills with the corresponding team orientation;
- Experience and knowhow: indepth knowledge of order processing good computer skills (SAP R/3 module SD Excel Word);
- Languages: Very good written and spoken English advantage German.
