Position Summary:
The Department of Radiation MedicineClinical Research Program provides clinical study coordination services to Radiation Medicine investigators. RMPCRP supports 40 active fulltime physicianinvestigators across 12 disease site groups with a team of 20 clinical trial staff coordinating a broad spectrum of clinical trials.
The Clinical Research Manager is responsible for a positive work culture and the development implementation and maintenance of work practices to permit the delivery of highquality and efficient clinical study coordination while building excellence and capacity to respond to the clinical research portfolio within the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. The primary accountabilities of this role are overseeing the study coordination and regulatory management aspects of clinical trials and other research projects. This includes managing a team of clinical study specialists the administration and distribution of workload overseeing study and staff performance communicating across teams and with study sponsors performing quality control and assurance activities as required and performing crossfunctional and other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned and or requested.
