What We Offer:

• Base Salary: 80000 100000 (depending on experience)
  
• OTE (OnTarget Earnings): 150000 200000 (with overrides based on team performance)

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager you ll be the driving force behind our sales team s success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training & Coaching: Masterfully train and coach sales reps to excel in selling our premium water filtration systems.
  
• Motivating & Inspiring: Push your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while knowing when to provide support and when to challenge them to grow.
  
• Performance Management: Provide ongoing mentorship feedback and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  
• DataDriven Leadership: Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive results.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  
• Culture Building: Foster a positive highenergy work environment where excellence is celebrated and teamwork thrives.
