We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee projects from inception to completion ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline. This role requires strong leadership stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project objectives scope deliverables and success criteria.
Develop and manage project plans budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead technical and nontechnical project teams assigning tasks and tracking progress.
Identify and resolve project risks roadblocks and scope changes.
Ensure effective communication between teams business stakeholders and external vendors.
Manage project governance ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
Conduct postproject reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in Project Management or a related field.
5 years of experience in project management (or Agile certification is a plus).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills especially in environments.
Expertise in project management tools ZohoProject ZohoSprint.
Deep understanding of Agile Scrum DevOps frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problemsolving analytical thinking and decisionmaking abilities.
