As a Retail Event Project Manager for Popup shops you will coordinate and execute retail popup events. This role demands a high level of flexibility excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. The position requires minimal supervision and involves significant interaction with internal managers MFC Teams and external clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate activities related to PopUp Shops including planning scheduling and leading meetings.
- Develop client strategies with Program Managers to support sales goals.
- Manage inventory control for event merchandise and solve problems quickly.
- Communicate regularly with corporate departments to meet needs and provide postsale reporting and analysis.
- Arrange logistics for events and manage onsite store setup including merchandising register setup staffing and teardown.
- Develop and train the Retail Event Team and manage overall operations and sales achievement of PopUp Shops.
Other Performance Expectations:
- Further expectations will be discussed as the team and business grow with a focus on identifying and executing procedures that streamline processes and maximize performance sales and profitability.
- This position is pivotal in driving the success of our popup shop events and requires a dedicated flexible and strategicminded individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. - Independent worker with flexibility reliability and a clean driving record.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 35 years of event project management experience.
- Proficient in inventory control and adept at using computer and internet tools including Excel.
- PowerPoint Oracle and Smart Sheets. Familiarity with Retail Cloud is a plus.
- Experience in handling basic technical issues with registers and software. Must be willing to travel and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills for handling both internal and external customers.
- Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends is required.
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $60000 to $65000. If you are hired at BDA your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location skills education and experience. In addition to these factors we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
