Job Description
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for completing the installation service and maintenance of various commercial HVAC systems. We work seamlessly with an experienced technician while meeting our customers HVAC needs with integrity.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive)
Working seamlessly with senior technician.
Installing maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenances for a variety of commercial equipment.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning adjusting and repairing systems.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Approaching every opportunity with a learning mindset.
Provide high level customer service.
Actively participate in NCCER Curriculum.
Required Knowledge skills and abilities
Understanding of HVAC components and terminology.
Experience with inspection repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment
Ability to perform a maintenance independently
Experience w/ HVAC systems startup/commissioning
Basic knowledge of entrylevel HVAC concepts such as basic electricity air distribution systems basic troubleshooting soldering/brazing etc
High School Diploma or GED/Associate Degree or certification preferred
Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices
Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma Required. Technical school preferred.
EPA Certified
Valid Drivers License
Minimum two years of HVAC experience required.
