Job Description:
- Under direct supervision performs diagnostic and risk assessments therapy services case management or care coordination services and participates in observation activities.
- Completes administrative duties such as maintaining clinical documentation performing consultation and outreach and responding to incoming internal and external messages.
- Participates in internship program activities such as seminars and training events.
- Maintains positive patient and family experiences and contributes positive support to colleagues.
Education Requirement:
Enrolled in a Masters or Doctoral program in Counseling Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
Licensure Requirement:
- Appropriate Ohio trainee license required.
- Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
