The Card Brand Compliance Analyst will support and manage direct enterprise relationships with vendors internal and external customers via data analysis and Merchant Card Brand trends.
Manage relationships between Deluxe Merchant Services and internal/external partners at a strategic level.
Oversee and manage all communications with entities as it relates to brand initiatives impacts to contracts overall outbound pricing strategies as well as internal system walkthroughs to complete said initiatives
Incorporate initiatives to develop and implement strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements merchant and partner pricing
Ensure deadlines are met and company has maintained minimum compliance and revenue goals
Oversee internal and external card brand audits and internal compliance and pricing audits
Manage internal processes and audit systems to ensure pricing compliance and by performing spot internal verifications of processes and procedures across Ops Compliance and Sales
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field AND 4 years of experience in the Merchant Services; OR HS/GED and 8 years of experience in Merchant Services
Must be 18 years of age or older
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field AND 5 years of experience in Merchant Services
Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Ability to plan develop and coordinate multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
