Job Description
CNC Machine Operator 1st/2nd Shift
We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts. When applying please indicate which shift you are applying for!
The CNC Operator at Test Products will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. MUST be able to do set ups fixtured and nonfixtured. Be knowledgeable of tools tooling and speeds & feeds. Also detects malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools. CNC operators maintain a safe organized and clean work environment.
This is a fulltime position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday. However the CNC Operator is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the companys strategic plan.

- Performs all assigned machine shop operations.
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
- Regularly perform milling turning drilling and tapping tasks.
- Performs inspection of machined products and documents results.

- Other duties may be assigned.
- To qualify for the position of CNC Machine Operator in Sterling Heights MI US a high school diploma or graduation from a certified technical school is preferred.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator.
- Understanding production procedures is essential for this role.
- Communication proficiency is a required skill.
- Mathematical skills are necessary for successful performance.
- Mechanical and technical capacity is a key qualification.
- Time management skills are crucial for meeting job requirements.
