Vacancy: LETTINGS INVENTORY TEAM COORDINATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Brentwood CM14
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are seeking a highly organised and customerfocused individual to join a highly successful estate agency group.
In this role you will coordinate property visit appointments for Inspection Clerks and act as the main contact for these arrangements.
You will support Inventory Clerks with administrative tasks including releasing deposits after negotiations and manage communications with landlords and tenants ensuring excellent customer service. Building strong client relationships and providing reliable support throughout the inspection and inventory process will be key to your success.

Skills required for this Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experience in Property Inspections/Inventories
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise work load
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
