SALES MANAGER / VALUER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Chislehurst BR7
Salary: OTE 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager / Valuer with a comprehensive knowledge of the residential property industry to join a vibrant modern company.
The perfect candidate will be friendly enthusiastic and energetic; you will have an excellent track record in Estate Agency be capable of winning new business be a superb lister and business builder and understand customer service and the importance of retaining clients. You will be proactive articulate wellspoken and well presented.
The role will ideally suit a candidate who is already an Assistant Sales Manager but an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready for promotion may also be considered.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager / Valuer role will include:
- Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator experience
- Listing and instruction experience
- Outstanding customer service
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Chislehurst area is preferred
