The focus of the Leading Hand position is to assist Field Supervisors whilst on job sites and act as the Supervisor on site in their absence to oversee the day to day running of jobs. This includes mentoring and training crew members and organising the required labour plant and material for jobs. Taking a hands on approach you will carry out the daily tasks with the team. You will act as a safety leader and effectively demonstrate City of Newcastles (CN) CREW values.
