Who You Are

As an IT Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of one or more of the following data systems: Computer systems hardware software information systems & peripheral equipment such as servers desktops printers and storage devices.

This role will be located in Alice Springs AUS and is expected to be 100 onsite.

This role is contingent upon contract award.

What Youll Do

As an IT Security Administrator you will:

• Maintain install upgrade and configure data systems
• Administer operating systems and maintain basic security and recovery procedures such as scheduling and backups
• Perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field
• Display core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills
• Manage multiple IT vendors to ensure completion of IT projects in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV clearance.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of directly related IT experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 5 years of directly related IT experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Security certification
• Requires knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networking principles in a Microsoft Environment to include network topologies and transmission media
