Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Estimation and Costing
- As part of Estimation and Costing responsible for entire process from understanding customer drawing and Estimation of Cost. This will include in house coordination as well as supplier / vendor coordination. Once the order is received and the production starts do the Actual cost and check Variance if any.
- Establish cost effective processes and suggest cost reduction measures.
- Ensure timely preparation of quotation.
- Ensure implementation of TS 16949.
- Execute specific duties assigned by the management.
Preferred candidate profile
- B Tech / Diploma in Mechnaical Engineering
- Auto components Machining Tube assembly products experience
- Should have experience in purchase inventory control costing vendor development
Qualification : B Tech Mechanical / DME
