About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to drive datadriven decisionmaking and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets generate actionable insights and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance our travel solutions and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency customer experience and revenue generation.
- Business Performance Monitoring:
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
- Monitor travel trends customer behaviors and market dynamics to support strategic planning.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with marketing sales and product teams to provide datadriven recommendations.
- Present findings in a clear concise manner to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of data across various platforms and reports.
- Implement best practices for data management and compliance with industry standards.
- Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:
- Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in data analytics preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Expertise in SQL Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Analytics Statistics or a related field.
- Experience with cloudbased data platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation pricing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
- Familiarity with travel industry data sources and analytics frameworks.
