Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to spearhead our SaaS sales initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and driving the expansion of our AIpowered retail solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales a deep understanding of the retail industry and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business performance

Location : Remote

Reporting line : Founder in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy Development:
    Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape within the retail sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively position STHRIVEs solutions in the market.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the retail industry. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking cold calling and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Articulate the value proposition of STHRIVEs AIpowered solutions and tailor proposals to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and foster strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor understanding their business challenges and aligning STHRIVEs solutions to address their needs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with marketing product development and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and client satisfaction. Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities manage the sales pipeline and report on key performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the SaaS industry and with a focus on retail solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and the challenges faced by frontline employees.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Selfmotivated with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AIpowered solutions or elearning platforms.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of the retail industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
